Payment and ownership at The Manour
Seven stages, or 50% and up to ten years for the rest; THB 20 per m² a month; freehold for Thai buyers, a registered Sap-ing-sith for foreign buyers.

Seven stages, or half now and ten years for the rest
The schedule follows the build: after the 2% reservation and 28% at the contract, every payment is tied to a finished stage on site. If you prefer, you pay 50% and spread the other half over up to ten years directly with the developer's instalment plan.

Freehold for Thai buyers, Sap-ing-sith for foreign buyers

The house and its land are registered as freehold in the buyer's name on a Chanote title.
- IIForeign buyers: Sap-ing-sith
A Sap-ing-sith is a registered real right to use the land with its Chanote title and the house on it. It is registered at the Land Office for a period of up to 30 years, and the Land Office issues a Sap-ing-sith certificate.
