What stood on site, visit by visit
Our latest site photos (10 September 2025) show foundations and pool shells; every villa picture on this page is the architect's design, and these photos are the site itself. There is no handover date in writing yet.
Gatehouse up, first pools filled
The entrance gatehouse has its brick walls and steel roof frame. Ground beams and slab formwork stand on several villas, and at least two pool shells are cast and filled with water for the leak test.

Drainage along the road
Concrete drainage pipes go in along the front road; the frame of the entrance gatehouse is up.
The first ground slab
A villa's ground slab is poured and covered with sheeting while it cures.
Footings and conduits
Footings and column starters are cast; underground conduits run along the internal road.
Site works start
The plot is cleared; the first footing formwork and rebar go in at the front, next to the site office.

After the contract, you pay for finished stages
2% reserves the villa and 28% follows the contract; the other 70% falls due stage by stage as the foundations, structure, walls and roof, and fit-out are finished, and the last 10% at the transfer.
